  1. Speak or write about he photos on p. 33 relating them to the topic of the unit, education (What can you see in the photos? Why are they on this page?)
  2. Write or speak about the quote on p. 33: “The roots of education are bitter, but the fruits are sweet” What does it mean? Do you agree? Why or why not?

  3. Describe the infographic on p. 34, using comparatives and superlatives.
  4. Read the students’ opinions about school in ex. 2.
  5. Give your opinion on the topics of ex.2. Use expressions from ex.5:
    1. Length of school day
    2. Big classes
    3. Homework
    4. Good relationships with teachers and friends
  6. Read the audioscript on the PISA results on p. 35.
  7. Write or speak about the PISA results (p. 35)
